Project Silver uses a multi-stakeholder, inter-generational strategic methodology to facilitate the digital inclusion of older people in Europe. As part of this process of e-inclusion, project Silver organizes pilots in a number of European countries. During these pilots the partners evaluate the effectiveness of the strategic methodology, providing feedback that will help to improve its content and usefulness. This methodology is called real-time because it is implemented during the course of the pilots and not post-mortem once the entire process is completed. In this way, the real-time evaluation acts as a learning factor for continuous improvement of the strategic methodology.
